All Little Leaps On the Go! and Crèche Out childcare facilities are managed by a qualified and experienced manager and staffed by a hand-chosen team of certified teachers. All of our staff members undergo an extensive background check.

All event childcare staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, Universal Precautions, and Mandatory Reporting. Every staff member must do continuing education classes each year to remain up to date on best practices for early childhood.


From our administrative staff to our on-the-ground event staff, each dedicated member works daily to fulfill the Little Leaps on the Go! and Crèche Out mission to nurture and inspire every child through safe, engaging, and convenient childcare.
